Faking GPS data: A trend with many advantages
Hacking your location sent by your smartphone can bring great advantages in many situations. For example, if you want to test a new app or even develop it yourself, various features can be tried out by changing location. In addition, many interesting online services only work in the USA – they can be used from other locations if the GPS address is incorrect. there are also very many who use it for pokemon go to catch rare pokemon that are only available in other regions or simply because they don’t want to go out.
Attention: The so-called spoofing violates the guidelines of the manufacturer. If Niantic detects unauthorized apps that are known to have falsified location data, it either blocks the app from starting or imposes a (permanent) ban.
This is how it works in 4 steps:
Step 1: Load the app
Go to the website of Goooch and download the Pokemon Go spoofer accordingly to your OS version. Install it and connect your iPhone to your PC.
Step 2: Change your GPS location
Tapp on “Virtual Location” to change your GPS location in Pokemon Go. It´s located on the home screen of Goooch. After clicking it, it will open another window.
Step 3: Choose where you want to go
Click “get started” to select your location where you want to go and select it on the map. Select the “teleport” mode and select a place where you want to go. Alternatively, you could also type the address in.
Step 4: Check your location on your iPhone
When you lock up your current location on your iPhone you should see the new virtual address you have already set. If this is the case, you successfully modified your location, and you’re ready to use it in Pokemon Go.
